Sounds good.
Although I wouldn't be surprised if it is a really hot day and they stay inside with the AC on... :|

Good, good. I've booked my tix.

I've heard that Wang Wang bangs on the door to be let out in the mornings. He loves it outside.
Funi on the other hand doesn't like going outside. She doesn't like the crowds. She prefers to stay inside and has to be lured out. This, along with her fear of camera flashes, could making things tricky.

See you there.

Daniel, I'll be offline for a few days while interstate for work.

Hi John, Happy to let you have my spot (I can go anytime) if you do make the trip and can't get a ticket at the gate - the group are just using the pandas as a start and meeting point and will be doing the zoo and the walk along the river to the bikes etc I'll send you a pm with my mobile if you want to contact us on the day PS I was a bit surprised to see the morning session is so heavily booked must be the tourists in town but know some have booked a later session on the day

Deb - thank you or organising a very successful Meet. But starting at 9:15am and going to 7pm is a little long

It was quite a day, good to catch up with everyone after Christmas.

I had way too many out of focus shots, probably as a result of my 300 meeting the ground while on holiday. :( But the good news is that I managed to fix it and all seems well again. :D

The obligatory panda shot. I've had to retract my previous assertion that they might possibly not be real pandas, as they actually moved.

I quote like the pose in this one, pity the eyes are missing.

Not a very good shot, but quite cute nonetheless.
