If its the 28th (Sun) during the day, I'll be otherwise occupied at the footy :-), but Tom could make it. Sunday night I'm free though (and will be in a great mood after watching Port thump North...)

I am away for most of that weekend, getting back some time on Sunday afternoon / evening, so depending on what time it is on, I might be able to make it.

Deb - sounds good to me. :)

Only too happy to bring a bottle of red wine, no deck chair in sight, so my blanket on the back lawn will have to do.

I will order my Pizza now, toppings: tomato paste, cheese and fresh basil...yummie :)

NB: when date and time confirmed, please let me know and I will add to the Calendar on the Portal Page.

Not too bad for a 30s handheld exposure.

Yes, it was a great night. Complements to Deb and the cook.

I see Tony got better with practice after I left. :D
Perhaps the message got simpler...

I would say excellent for handheld.

Kevin sure does have steady hands - great hand held shot of Tony's interpretation of "glow sticks, sparklers & energetic Child ..."
10 out of 10 for Tony's persistence - having an idea, utilizing what's at hand, experiment and overcoming all obstacles, the heckling crowd, the 3 S's, the howling dogs, and really throwing himself into the bubbles - laugh as we may (and we surely did) it really does explain why he keeps nailing so many shots - skill, patience, perseverance and flexibility.

Having this lot around is always a great night , some really interesting show and tells (Jim's Nimble Gimble, the 'Helen of Troy' harness, interesting flash setups, Chica & Toms photo book to mention a few) some great ideas discussed , plans made ('Peaches & Gin' Burlesque on the 16th) and the very first (of I'm sure many) 'Great Fozzie Calzone' challenges ...

Those ones where someone wrote rude words about some guy? They came out a little too well, I think.
