Canvas Printing - Zimprints

Plug for http://www.zimprints.com.au/

I have had quite a few images printed out on canvas ranging from 30 cm x 30 cm to 1.6 metre x 1 metre (look for the glebe island bridge one), these have all come out really nice, look great and make excellent pressies. There are even a few of mine for sale there! :D

Zimprints is located in Newtown on the southern end of King St (510 to be exact), The prices are reasonable and I have no compliants about the quality or turn around time. You can also drop in there with the photos to discuss border options (mirroring etc) and such....this makes it a plus for me and people who like a bit of face-to-face contact!

So if your thinking about getting some pictures printed out on canvas, take a look at http://www.zimprints.com.au/

I'll have to second this. Callan was a really good guy to deal with. Any questions and emails are answered really quickly. You can ask for a quote for ratios that he doesn't have advertised (mine was 1:3 - 1m x 33cm for $125). Uploading images is very simple. Turn around time is excellent and I'm really happy with the end product, which is now mounted on my wall.

Overall a really pleasant experience. I've been waiting years to get this print done at a reasonable price and now I've got it :D

I saw the Glebe Island Bridge shot - fantastic picture.

+2 for Callan at Zimprints.

Went with Mozzie to get her canvas done. Great customer service, fast turnaround and very good quality work all at a VERY competitive price. I am actually considering getting some done for myself.

Awesome to hear positive experiences, cam if there is any doubt in your mind, check this one out that I had done recently, its the only thing that makes this crappy dirty wall look nice :)

FYI 2.0m x 0.9m :cough: (this only just, I mean ONLY just fit in the car)

Woo thank you for the tip guys - been looking for a place to do canvas prints recently too. Have any of you had experience with Hardly Normals and Domayne etc for their canvas printing services? I've read the turn around times are approx two weeks with them - mostly likely they send it elsewhere to stretch and print etc. Prices seem quite similar, but would prefer a specialist - would you guys mind posting some details on turn around time etc? Might mention I heard about them from this forum, would be awesome if they're willing to give forum members even a small discount!

Well Mozzie had one done in 24hrs so I would imagine turnaround should not be a problem.
