Is the book worth the US$84? (Yeah I know, how do determine worth!)

It seems a lot to pay even if it was a paper book, but the reviews make it sound very useful esp on the image acquisition side.

Yes - I have this book and would recommend anyone who is interested in histograms and getting the right colours to read this book.

Without knowing to much about it $84 USD does seem like a lot for a digital photography book!!!!

I am sure I'll get to read it at Birdy's one meet anyway

Woody,
US$84.00 is not much for what Ron put and work in his book! The value of his book is greater than that and it's only a small fraction of a dinner next week up the Gold Coast
