Hi Rahnin

It's always good to welcome a new member, especially one from Queensland.

You've got plenty of fun ahead of you here, but as you have probably seen, the forum has had a major overhaul overnight. Replies and welcome messages might be a little slow until members get used to the new format.

Yes I know the feeling they are a friendly bunch... but even though I have rubbed my bits against every avatar of the members here I still have to ask myself... do I really know these people?.. :P

Bindii, the short answer is NO. You might be living with someone for a life time and you think you know them, but suddently you find he/she does something totally out of character. If you are able to suprise yourself by doing something you never imagined or thought yourself incapable of; how on earth can you say you know someone else?

No, I have given up trying to understand humans log time ago. I just take them as they come, perhaps I am too old and cynical. If someone is pleasant I enjoy his/her company, conversely if someone is nasty I avoid him/her as something dangerous; or what is even worse I ignore his/her existence.
