As i live a bit further out i am looking for a studio or hall that i can hire once a month of a photoshoot.
I have my own studio lights etc. i just need a big empty private room on weekends and nights.
Ipswich area preferrable

Have you approached the local councils re halls? Go lookign for halls and see who operates them -- maybe even CWA or similar?
I used to organise halls in Pine Rivers Shire for 4wd club meetings & members private social functions (under club banner)..... used to get good rates for regular use. Even private hire rates weren't bad. Old D200+extras
