Photography courses in Brisbane

Just wondering if anyone can recommend photography courses in Brisbane?

A course covering a variety of photographic subjects would be good.
Landscapes, portraits, flash work etc

I have a D70 so something tailored to the capabilities of that sort of
camera would be ideal.

I have done quite a bit of reading over the past couple of months in
books and in places like this forum but I think I would really benefit
from some time with experienced photographers that can teach.

Thanks

Not really sure. I went to the nikon school but it was only really a primer.

i don't think you can beat getting out there and taking shots. try and find a shot that really appeals to you and try to emulate it.

cheers

If you want to go all out you could do B of Photography at Griffith,

otherwise there are meant to be some pretty good TAFE courses.

If you are on the coast at any time I can help you out and give you some good general photo tips to get you going. If you can manage a bit of notice would be good

I've been keeping my eyes open for these too, Spooky. I don't want to get sucked in to some big money con job that tells you nothing more than you could glean from the web but I also haven't got the time to devote to a full-blown tertiary course (much as I'd like to). I've been dabbling in photography all my life but I'd now really like to get some proper tuition under my belt, if for no other reason than to justify my position here on this forum and to be able to present some quality images for critique and discussion.

I guess I'll just keep on looking and let you know if I spot something.
