test shoot monday 17th

Postby wendellt on Tue Apr 11, 2006 2:22 pm

Hi People

this long weekend on the monday 17 april

I will be on Pier 2 walsh bay with my lighting guy doing test shoots with a portable strobe and several other outdoor studio equipment e.g reflectors, etc

i'm no expert so for my upcoming photo shoot in noosa i need to do extensive lighting setup and research this will take place on the day

i don't know who is modelling at the moment it would probably end up being my lighting guy otherwise a model if i can get one

some people are interested in my processes this is a good opportunity to figure out what i do while i figure out what else i can do

i plan to shoot first light 5:30am then break re-visit test shoot under midday sun then break then re-visit again afternoon sun to last light

whoever wants to come along let me know, there will be beer, i don't drink beer though.

Hi Wendell!
I might just pop in and say Hi. Maybe stay for a beer and check out your setup.
Regards

Bring a torch if you wanna start at 5:30am, cos the sun comes up after 6am these days (the wonders of the end of daylight savings).

Your lighting guy would make a great model, what with the long flowing hair and all... Closely match the females you intend to shoot at Noosa.

Best of luck with the day's shooting!
