EOI: Camping Crowdy Bay National Park, Aus Day Weekend '07Looking to see if there's any interest in getting a group together to go camping on Aus.Day Weekend next year.
Location: Crowdy Bay National Park, Mid-North Coast NSW http://www.nationalparks.nsw.gov.au/parks.nsf/parkContent/N0009?OpenDocument&ParkKey=N0009&Type=Xo Specifically, Indian Head camping area (although we may bow to the non-campers amongst us and settle for a spot with hot showers at Kylies Beach ) Photos of the area here: http://www.sheepie.smugmug.com/gallery/498009 (you'll recognise some of these places ) So - any takers? *** When getting there is half the fun! ***
i'm a starter leon, but Campsites are suitable for: caravans; camper trailers; camping beside your vehicle.
Facilities: Pit/composting toilets, cold showers, rubbish bins Water supply: There is only bore water here. and there's always the ocean cheers pa
Sheepie,
I'd be interested but that weekend is not good for me. Early March would be better for me. It is a great spot for camping. cheers, André Photography, as a powerful medium of expression and communications, offers an infinite variety of perception, interpretation and execution. Ansel Adams

Hi Leon,
I'm interested - we love getting away in the van - but the date could be a problem - if it is anything like the national parks I regularly visit then it could be booked out on public holidays and school holidays. Cheers, Mick
