RAAF Airshow Sat/Sun 27th-28th Oct

Hi guys and Girls.

Just wondering if anybody is heading out to RAAF Base Edinburgh (South Australia) next Sat or Sun for the Airshow? At this stage I will be heading out on the Saturday (possibly Sunday as well, but that will depend after Saturday night).

The Flying program will be the same on both days:
Morning: Beginning at 0845 will be:

* SkyBlazers - Chris Sperou - Pitts Special aerobatics including low altitude inverted streamer cut
* CT4 pilot training aircraft
* F-111 handling display
* AP3C Orion formation, handling and operations display
* RAAF Roulettes aerobatic display team
* Meteor display (Temora Aviation Museum)
* Canberra Bomber display (Temora Aviation Museum)
* C130J Hercules display
* Caribou display
* RAN ‘Dancing Squirrels’ synchronised helicopter display
* Boeing 707 air-refuelling demo with F/A-18s and BAe Hawk jets
* 3 x BAe Hawk display
* 4 x F/A-18 Hornet display
* Mustang and Hornets formation
* P51 Mustang display (RAAF Museum)
* C-17 Globemaster, the Defence Force’s newest and largest aircraft
