i think the full moon was last night but tonight the moon comes up as the sun goes down

i'm still trying to think of a spot to get the moonrise !!

So I need a Fisheye to get both in my shot then???

At least. It does depend on where each is on the ecliptic. They can be more than 180 apart or less.
Of course you could always use a mirror

Here I'd also need a dirty great blowtorch to burn the clouds away

waste of time down here ... damn clouds

20th may looks like the next one and its a bit earlier

Had the same problem here Big Red but I ended up with a half decent pic before the moon appeared.
