Hey everyone,
Just found these forums and as I'm from Adelaide thought I really should post something in here. I have recently got a 400D which I'm still obsessed with so hopefully I will have a lot of "good" images to share with you all.
So where is everyone's favourite location in or near Adelaide to photograph?

Probably the most popular is the Zoo. I know of a couple of members who practically camp there.

Yeah I'm a big fan of the Zoo too. I really want to go to Monarto, haven't done it yet. I don't really have a lens for it yet either, i'm trying to get my hands on a bigma at the moment, I guess that would do it.

Daniel, you know you would be there as much of us if you did not have to give back the card!! The zoo keeps on changing, who can blame us plus we get to see this..
Andy, Monarto is hard to photograph from the bus.. but the new area they have is good - it is a raised platform.
When we meet up I will let you have a play with the sigma 80-400 OS lens, you may want to rethink the bigma after that.

I wouldn't mind getting into the city more. I live down south though so most are pics are from this area, beaches etc.

My my how quickly they turn yes the gorillas are leaving in november but two komoto dragons are arriving, so another reason to go back. Also the challenge is still out to get the blue and gold macaws in full flight front on and not side on like this!!!
