While at the Zoo on Friday, it was revealed by one the the Keepers that the new male Lion will be introduced to one of the Lioness's in approximately 4 weeks. I would love to be a fly on the wall when it happens. Sparks will definitely fly.

Deb - by Friday you should have received in the post a white lens (Canon 70-200 f/2.8 IS) to fit on your Canon 40D and off to the Zoo

Nice shot fozzie! Very sharp, with good DOF. I saw the male recently but it was feeding time and was hanging around the back of the cage looking for food to come through the door.
