Camera clubs way out west.

Postby BullcreekBob on Sun May 13, 2007 3:24 pm

G'day

Do any of the Western dwellers (The west coast of Aust that is, not Western Suburbs, Sid-a-knee) have experiences or observations about local camera clubs they'd like to share.

From time to time I've thought of going to a club to share, contribute and learn but the clubs I've contacted seem anti digital and anti new members.
Cheers

I haven't been to any of the camera clubs in the West as yet (time constraints)

But the Gareth in the Flickr group, "Photographers in Perth", does recommend the Workshop Camera Club http://www.workshopcameraclub.org.au/
Membership automatically includes membership to the APS with all its benefits.

I purchased a Teddy Bear this morning for the sum of $10. I named him Mohammed. This afternoon I sold him on E-Bay for $30. My question is, "Have I made a prophet?"
