well you can try going to Baltronics located in Richmond. They seem to have a decent range of Nikkor lenses. http://www.baltronics.com.au Alternatively you can try Kayell Victoria http://www.kayellaustralia.com.au/

i realised that but I thought of posting it more of a reference. As it could save someone else the headache in the future if they are looking to rent nikkor lenses in melbourne.

the macro I thikn was for an egg shoot, I had an generous offer of tamron 90, but time got the better of me... and D200 is still on shopping list (not too far off I hope). thanks heaps for your generosity
