Model Aircraft Event - Melbourne (Yarrambat)

Postby Greg B on Wed Jan 30, 2008 3:11 pm

I saw this advertised on Channel 31 and followed up with a look at the website....

The Greensborough Model Aircraft Club is having a display day and airshow spectacular on
March 16 at Yarrambat.

I have always had a fascination with model aircraft, particularly radio controlled. The day
looks like fun and plenty of photo opportunities in the sky and on the ground.

I don't know anything about GMAC - just passing this on for what it is worth.

Their website is http://www.gmac.org.au/ with all info and a pdf brochure.

When i got my heli and flew planes as well they shunned me alot though coz i had one of those "dangerous buzzy things" (helicopter)...
