another newbie
Hiya all,
I have just moved to Melbourne from the uk (sunny south wales) and have been here for 6 months now. when i moved out here i bought a Nikon D40 55mm kit (because it was cheap with the cash back deal) Since being out here I have since bought a 55-200 lense off ebay (import) I am SLOWLY finding my feet with my camera, I am loving Oz and enjoying taking photos. I will post some of my efforts up over the next few days  Laterz Velly Velly

You should find the weather in Melbourne similar to South Wales...  Do you have a particular area of photography you enjoy? Theres a wealth of experience here, so you should be able to pick up a thing or two. Now, hurry up and post some pics! 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc

cheers everyone, I am into taking all sorts of photos, not really looking into one area just yet...just finding my feet but cars are really close to my heart (as i run a club back in the uk)
anyway....some of me pics........         I have a few from down the Great Ocean Road and in the city which i havent uploaded yet. Also I have some Superbikes ons too....I need to get my butt into gear with all this uploading lol anyway, whis is me so far  Velly

Another car fan. For a second I was fearing you might like tiny bugs That image of the VW Golf is great. Real nice. 2x D700, 2x D2h, lenses, speedlights, studio, pelican cases, tripods, monopods, patridges, pear trees etc etc
