Australian Pro Photography Awards - this weekend

Hi all,
The Australian professional photography awards are taking place this weekend as part of PMA in Brisbane.

On Friday starting at 8am there is two hours judging the Documentary catagory, then there is six hours of landscape judging. After that there is weddings which will probably go through til 10pm.
On Saturday the illustrative will be judged in the morning followed by commercial, advertising and science/environment and nature over lunchtime, then the rest of the day will be spent judging portraiture.
Sunday begins with Environmental portraiture which should take about six hours to judge, then there is the Wedding Photojournalism category.

Anyone is welcome to attend print judging... the event will run simultaneously in three judging rooms next to the main PMA exhibition and so if you get bored you can always go an tire kick a new Canon or Nikon lens. The best images will also be put on display and so it is a good chance to see what the pros are shooting and how they are working. Hopefully I get to see a few of you up there!
