Which protective cover for DSLRs?Which protective cover do you recommend for Canon 5D? I would like my camera body to be protected while shooting weddings.
I have seen one called "Ape" and another called "Delkin". Have you ever used any of these? Can you recommend one for me? Thanks soooo much!
Re: Which protective cover for DSLRs?Protected from .... what?
In all seriousness, my experiences are that these sorts of things are great. To avoid. g.
Gary Stark Nikon, Canon, Bronica .... stuff The people who want English to be the official language of the United States are uncomfortable with their leaders being fluent in it - US Pres. Bartlet

Re: Which protective cover for DSLRs?Canon 5D can take all the crud nature throws at it apart from a swim in the river. The use of a protective cover is probably not warranted unless you spend a lot of time in atrocious weather. A little champagne or wedding cake can be licked off and will at once establish you as a true professional. (avoid licking the front element of the lens unless you are after a soft focus 'Hollywood style' effect)
