SlingShot 200AW & SB800 Owners

Postby Laurie on Fri Sep 08, 2006 11:24 am

Well my SlingShot 200AW arrived and i am pulling my hair out about where to put the SB800.
The LSJPII fits neatly in the top compartment i might add.

I have tried standing it upright in the bottom compartment where the end of the lens attached the camera is, but it is a little too long and pokes over the top, the cover still zips up, but I’m just worried about the front of the flash being broken.
Likewise I had it laid down to the left of the camera but it sits at the bottom and isn’t very accessible.

Does anyone with both products have a better place for their SB800? I did away with the SB800 pouch as it just took up more room.

Cheers

click it to the right angle position and place in one of the lens holders is the best i have found - not a great fit I have the 200AW and sb800 and the other day I just whacked it in the top compartment with all the other crap it's not a great fit.

I've done the same as Justin, wacked the head a 90 degrees and shoved it one of the holes for the lens, I then shove the sc-29 ontop of it, and then enclose it all with one of the squishy dividers.

What about the big side pocket (that's at the top when you're wearing it)?
