MANFROTTO 468MGRC2 Hydrostatic Ball Head Rel.RC2

Anybody have any oppinions on these ballheads.
Are they worth the money ?
Is there somthing better worth looking at ?

At this price I will be more looking over to heads with arca-swiss type mounting. Such as Kirk's ball heads.
