I thought Sirhc55 in particular might be interested in Ron's opinion of the D2Hs. He likes it. :D

Not only Ron or Sirhc55, everyone, who owns it, is happy with it even with the D2h, I don't see 4MP is a matter or issue of!

Hear, hear Ron. After using the 2.7Mp D1 for 4 years I am well aware of the pixel myth. If you are aware of the capabilities of not only the camera but PP’ing as well, then the D2Hs is one superb camera.

My D2h is still shining with 4MP, in the dark or out the sun, it's still giving me lot of great pics and I'm enjoying it.
It's my first backup body with difference focal lenght of lens when i'm shooting along with the D2x, my D100 is still playing a major role in covering the long focal lenght with my assistance. The MP does not hit lot my nerves, it's great but again, 4MP will be excellent with Pro body in comparison with P&S or other consumer cameras.

Here's the setup which I most had at any shooting events day & night, I have all areas covered, therefore even at 4MP the D2h is still with me inside the "inner ring" with its brother the D2x, pls note: I'm doing these shooting for funs or charity works, no profits, no income.

The inner ring:
The D2x with 17-35 mounted/ 28/1.4/ 45P in tow.
The D2h with 85/1.4 mounted/ 105DC/2/ 12-24Dx/ in tow

The D100 with 70-200VR mounted/ 24-120 in tow, cover from the outer ring.

Preset WB is mostly used for indoor/ SB800 is on with all camera
