They are all good shots, particuarly the third one. I don't realy notice the noise.

Were you shooting on Auto ISO or what ISO did you dial up?

G'day John,
Nice action pics, great to see the riders' face on #56, didn't notice the noise at all... Have they been sharpened/USM'ed at all? Just curious...

I think the "limit" function is supposed to "quicken" the focus according to the manual (p16)...

Great zoom though huh? Oh, re: the weight, get a pro-loop strap. It's amazing but it doesn't seem anywhere near as heavy with that, rather than the default Nikon strap... They're well worth it.

Cheers,
Mudder

Yes Mudder, they have a bit off USM on 2 of them and the smaller pics is a bit hard to tell but yeh it's my fault for not checking the iso as i normally leave it on 200 i must have changed it and didnt check it.
OH well that happens,LOL
Cheers

BBJ - you certainly have got the hang of that lens quickly - nice panning, nice and sharp but with a hint of speed in the wheels - keep em comin’

BBJ

I was just browsing dpreview on the D2h forum and saw some motobike snaps that I thought you might be interested in.
