Sheepie in the CityMy brother and family were over from Adelaide for the weekend, so I took the opportunity to spend a bit of time with them in the city.
Not the best of days to go taking photo's, but a couple stood out... D200 with 10.5 Fisheye @ f6.3 1/10th ISO100 (handheld) partially defished with DXO D200 with 18-70DX @62mm f5.6 1/2000 ISO320 Comments/suggestions encouraged *** When getting there is half the fun! ***
I like the composition in the arcade photo, A little dark on my monitor though. In that sort of situation I normally push the ISO up a little to help with the shutter speed.
Not much you can do with photos like the ship except hope for sunny days. Looks good with the bridge behind it.
Number 1 is a very nicely composed shot. I find it a bit too dark, though, and a lot of interesting details are lost because of that. Do they allow you to set up a tripod in the QVB?
Cheers Steffen. lust for comfort suffocates the soul
I actually like the richness in the first one, it really works for me. No. 2 is a bit too dark.
