Private Track DayHi all,
Well last Thursday i was very fortunate enough to go on track at Queensland Raceway for a Private Drift day here's two pics.
Mate, beautiful colour and composition, especially in the second. It looks like the lighting was pretty harsh when you shot these (as it can be at Qld Raceway at the best of times), so you have done well in the conditions. Nice shooting.
When you took these shots, were you standing between turn 3 and 6 with the cars running on the small bit of track joining those two turns? I haven't yet had the chance to take dirft shots, but I want to, and I imaging after about 11am that would be about the only place to get a decent shot at Qld Raceway. Matt

Yeah they where running through the dipper (the join of track you mentioned) the lighting was harsh as QR can be pretty hard to get good shoots.
The Dipper! Thats what I was looking for. I knew that.
Awesome work all the same. Matt
