Forum rules
Please note that image critiquing is a matter of give and take: if you post images for critique, and you then expect to receive criticism, then it is also reasonable, fair and appropriate that, in return, you post your critique of the images of other members here as a matter of courtesy. So please do offer your critique of the images of others; your opinion is important, and will help everyone here enjoy their visit to far greater extent.

Also please note that, unless you state something to the contrary, other members might attempt to repost your image with their own post processing applied. We see this as an acceptable form of critique, but should you prefer that others not modify your work, this is perfectly ok, and you should state this, either within your post, or within your signature.

Here's a few from Womadelaide...
What better way to cool down in 40 degree heat than by wallowing in mud..

There's some more in my Womad Gallery
Should have really taken more shots, although I was having more fun just getting amongst it all without gear hanging off me in the heat

Thanks guys,

The kid in photo 2 had more energy than most people that I saw, he kept diving into that mud over and over and over which was great as it gave me heaps of time to go back and get my flash!
Rookie: They had mist tents set up that would get moved around once the ground got a good soaking, they must have left it in this spot for too long, all it took is for two kids to discover it, all of a sudden there was 20 of them... oh and yeah the feet shot is my favourite, wish there was more of them and I didn't have to crop so tight but I was a bit worried about getting a dollop of mud on the lens.

I keep getting a 404 error (page not found) on your gallery link.

Came out of there with a nice combination of grotty-feet, sunburn, and dehydration - beer doesn't really keep you that well hydrated.

How'd you like it anyway?

Thanks for all the comments guys, really makes me wonder why I was so hesitant to post photos in the first place
