The Twelve Apostles - As Dawn BreaksHey guys, would love some feedback.
Re: The Twelve Apostles - As Dawn BreaksI like the light that you have captured in this.
Nice soft light. Regards Colin

Re: The Twelve Apostles - As Dawn Breaksthat image has potential, i think you need a bit of PP to bring out its best...
Also, compositionally, i reckon you need a bit more room on the right hand side...ie get some more of that beach in rather than the empty sea on the left... anyway, here's what i reckon a bit of PP could do for ya image... also read the pink bit on your screen gerry's photography journey
No amount of processing will fix bad composition - trust me i have tried.
Re: The Twelve Apostles - As Dawn Breaksboth totally different but both have special elements ,
I like the moodiness in the first especially the blue with hint of pink and the silky water , the second shows the lovely colors of the rock as it would appear sun up perhaps a HDR to combine the two , or a series shot through out the day to show the changing colors (sunrise day and sunset ) DebT DebT

Re: The Twelve Apostles - As Dawn BreaksI really like the first, a bit dark, a bit blue but very special. Sorry Gerry I feel that your rework has pushed the image a bit too far.

Re: The Twelve Apostles - As Dawn BreaksI agree that the first is underexposed.
If I may suggest, a longer shutter and a smaller aperture for maximum sharpness and DOF.
