Foggy morningIt was very foggy this morning in Melbourne. Here are some pics I took at the Latrobe Uni lake. I have included a cobweb. Sorry......

Difference between a good street photographer and a great street photographer.... Removing objects that do not belong... happy for the comments, but .....Please DO NOT edit my image..... http://bigpix.smugmug.com Forever changing
These are wonderful! Love the cobweb, but I think #1 is my fav! Magical stuff! There is something always so eerie about fog.
Pity we didn't get any fog this morning, must have been concerntrated up the north. The CBD was shrouded, and I think the Airport suffered delays. Beautiful pics....starting to look forward to the cold weather after seeing these (though a ripper thunderstorm wouldn't go astray )
Re: Foggy morning
yes quite foggy indeed, in fact it put melbourne airport into another flight delay as the airfield was no longer visable. Life's pretty straight without drifting

G'day mate,
That looks like a really interesting and photogenic spot, I'll have to for a wander around there one morning/evening... That first shot is terrific, the fog makes the scene really moody, with some of the B&W stuff I've seen posted recently maybe that might be worth a try? Cheers mate. Aka Andrew
I love fog. It makes taking photos easier coz you don't have to worry about powerlines or ugly buildings in the distance and they add a 'mystique' quality to the shots. Try a couple of them in B&W and add a bit of noise to them as well, that will make the spooky too.
That cobweb is excellent. Steve.

Wow - love the spiderweb shot..brilliant I think spiders webs are one of the most amazing 'acts' of nature - they get these webs so perfectly created - spins me out (no pun intended)

Excellent captures Meicw. Love them all but the web and #1 are favourites. I would have been sorely tempted to clone out the duck though...
