Would of liked to have gotten closer as it's a bit of a crop but it would of meant going down a river embankment and that would of changed the perspective, plus probably disturbed the White Plumed and Black Chined Honeyeaters behaviour. They were pretty much darting up and down the river and landing on this branch and ducking down to the water to drink. Guess where a 1.7x convertor comes in hand with a D2X
FYI, the background is the small bit of water that is left in the riverbed.
