Your first image doesn't do a lot for me, but I like the second. Colours and exposure are really good, however I am not sure about the horizontal rails. It would be good if you could clone them out.

The first image is weakened by an empty foreground. IE Nothing but water. Usually a good idea to avoid doing that.
The second image has a lovely mood about it and I would love to take a
model there for a shoot. Thanks for posting.

I have to agree that the first shot is a little weak.. not much happening and the I feel to far away from the some-what interesting bits..
#2 Now this is much better, nicely exposed... love the spider webs and the 'urban decay', great sense of atmoshphere... and I agree... find a pretty girl (or guy) and bring her back here for a photo shoot

I likewise agree witht eh comments above but will add.
#1 - Does have a repeating pattern in it (the lights on the bridge) and the bridge being a leading line (to where?) but lacks in appeal. A play with colours in Photoshop could enhance the image somewhat as could some severe cropping, ala panorama.
#2 - I like this image. The rail adds to the urbanity of the image. The graffiti and the old peeling paint emphasises it further.

like the second image a lot.
The only thing for me though is the bright lamp and would tone it down a little if it were mine.

Second one great.
First one lacks something to catch your fancy, plus it appears out of focus?
