Few shots at Ambleside historic homestead Ferntree Gully VICG'day all,
Phew, warm here today and tied up with work until early arvo (since 4am, doh!) but bored now so in bright, glary sun, off I trot to Ambleside historic homestead in Ferntree Gully... Had a play with the 18-70 kit lens, just thought it might be interesting to get some advice, critiques etc... Let me know where i'm going wrong... Geeesss, why do I struggle so much getting the jpegs small though, the images are generally within 1024x768 and some of these are over 300k using a jpeg compression of 20 (according to PaintShopPro v9.1)... Hmmm, dunno where I'm going wrong there... Any advice? http://www.pixspot.com/thumbnails.php?album=36 Cheers, Mudder
I like number 3 the best... nice strong diagonal lines and good coverege from foreground to background
