Well so as to not flood the place with more fireworks pics just now, I have picked a few of the shots I took from around Darling habour before the fireworks to share. Not really a series as such, hence the 'mix', as always C&C is encouraged and appreciated.

(If Pixspot is buggered please let me know.. but it's my only hosting option presently).

I might post something on the front page about this.

For now, people who use Pixspot for storage, just post a link to the gallery or images.

G'day,
You asked for C&C, so here's my feeble attempt :)

#1, Easier said than done, but would have liked to see if you could get that from a higher angle to remove the top background and just had the water. Couldn't get EXIF so wondering about the aperture? Just wonder if the background could be blurred more?

#2, Not sure what to offer on this one, but was wondering whether a more distant shot might give more of an impression of the physical size of the lighthouse, not sure of what sort of image you were after with this one...

#3, Wow, this one really grabs me, I wonder what he's looking at, and also wonder what the crowd is laughing at...

#4, What can I say, I'll have one of those thanks :)

#5, Mod squad is back!

#6, The only thing I can think of with this one is the top right corner background catches the eye, wonder if the framing could have been a little left so the top right corner is before where the dark background ends...?

Great mix of really different scenes and images...

Re: the links, just cut&paste the URLs into a different window...
