I've been playing around with PS and have lacked the courage to share these shots with you guys. The shots are a bit different from what I have previously posted. But decided to take the plunge tonight, I hope you enjoy the work. Critiques are welcomed.

The first is a sneaky shot inside a concert in the opera house, We arrived late so they allowed me to take my bag inside with the camera. I took this only shot, while people around me were cautioned over taking shots inside.

Second shot is my mother-in-law. She has a nice smile and I liked the patterns from her shirt.

I like the effect on the second photo and it's also a nice thing to say about your mother-in-law Nito

First one doesn't do anything for me, but the second one I like. I'd like to see a little bit more detail in the second shot, but I like the affect you've achieved. Don't be shy to share your shots or your experimentations... that's why were are all here to provide feedback on our various experiments!

Thanks for the comments, yes my mother in-law one is a favourite of mine.

Its a new year's resolution to share more of my shots this year and dramatically improve my PS and camera skills. Only had 3 image review posts last year and I will improve on this ratio.

The mother in law pic is my favourite of the two and you've done a good job with it. Quite unique too, not many photographers would have mother in law pics in the collection. I know I don't!
