magazine subscriptions - be warned

they have sold up/liquidated in Oz and left us poor paid up subscribers with no compensation - despite earlier talk of free back issues or subs to other magazines owned by the distributors.
anyone else caught out or wondering why Highbury/paragon mags are no longer on the shelves for us beginners?
