Sleeping BuddyA great family shot...
This was taken in complete darkness with the 24 - 120 VR lens and SB-800 flash, ISO at 400. Very impressed that it focused so fast considering I couldn't even see what I was focusing on W00DY Andrew
Nikon D3 and lot's of Nikon stuff!!
Warm shot.
I especially like how Tigger and that worm thingy are watching over them. Producer & Editor @ GadgetGuy.com.au

Bounce flash?Lovely pic woody - did you bounce the flash?
The absence of any harsh shadows seems to indicate that you did. Certainly a great shot under the circumstances.
So VR does make sense, isn't it? and VR club deserves the REDs

Umm not sure When I half pressed the shutter a red grid was displayed over the image so i pressuem this is how it focused. What I was impressed with though was it focused as quickly as if I had the lights on!
Sure did. I always bounce the flash when indoors.
Whilst the lens did well I actually had the VR function turned off on this one Cheers W00DY Andrew
