Are my hands really steady?

This picture was taken handheld standing on a rock in the middle of the creek with a 4 second shutter time. Is it normal to be able to do this? The picture is reasonably sharp (you can tell it isn't sitting on a tripod, but it's still pretty sharp).
Also feel free to critique this image, and comments on if it's normal to handhold for 4 secs and still get a passable image.

My technique: I breathe in really deep and then breathe out completely relaxing my arms and collapsing them into my sides. Then I breathe in deep again while maintaining relaxed arms. Having legs spread a little helps as well.
