What PP have you done on that image? I'd like to see a little more contrast, and perhaps just a tad - 1/3 - 1/2 stop lighter ...

I think I would also like to see the seagulls a little lighter, however the light on the water and sand works perfectly for me as it is.

Very nice sillhouette photo. It looks like one of those 'inspiration' posters.

However i am a bit concerned about you saying that a bunch of seagulls on the beach gets you out of bed in the morning .

Oh, hang on a minute, 'Inspiration', 'Getting out of bed'. Now i understand.... How silly of me.

I added a bit of contrast and gave it a bit of a push. The change was ever so slight but good call Gary (and others), it lifted the shot.
