ps we have a 4 image rule for posts, worth keeping in mind for next time :wink:

#3 and #5 for me - lovely tone and posture in 3 and great composition and long exposure in 5, the pointed lights are very well placed.

Now that you've shown us some of your work, don't be affraid to get invovled and enjoy what is one of the best forums for digital slr photography the world has seen! :) Me? Biased??!!? :lol: :lol:

Liked #3 a lot, but then I saw #4 which is absolutely fantastic. Welcome to the forum. I look forward to more of your work. Canon, Nikon, or the rest? :wink: :lol:

That's a great portfolio of varied images, nice work :D

#1 - I love the distortion from super wide lenses so this image works for me, composed nicely and such an intense look of concentration - well captured.

#2 - fantastic angle, exposure is great, colours are nice without being oversaturated.

#3 - Looks like a nice shot, but I think we need to see a bigger version. This type of image relies on fine detail, and a 500 pix version isn't doing it justice.

#4 - Love the subject, so surreal, exposure time works well. My pick of the bunch :)

#5 - I like the trails, would have been even better with a longer exposure and less of the 'smudging' from the passing cars. Great shot though.

Wow, thank you for sharing these photos with us Decryption. They are all brilliant but I'm swayed with the general consensus on number #4. Keep up the good work.
