Comments and criticism welcome and appreciated.

Many thanks,
Owen.

This one was in my list of crap ones, but I adjusted the levels and it came out really moody and I think the noise from bringing the levels up suits the mood.

A re-worked shot I have posted before, I just changed the curves a bit.

A nice one I like.

Owen

Pic 1 - I agree it does have a moody feel to it but this is a pic that if I had taken it I would have done a heavy crop. For example I would crop out the pole on the right hand side and also crop up from the bottom to just under the middle string of barbed wire.

Pic 2 - I just like this pic

Pic 3 - I do like. There is a form of thirds in this pic with landline, telegraph poles and the cables leading off into the top of the pic. Not to sure if I like the blown sun. This is a pic that might have done just a little better with a gradient mask.

Keep them coming mate

Chris

Owen,
The reworked picture 2 is a definite improvement, although in my opinion you may have blown the highlights a bit too much on the top right.
Well done.

G'day Chris.

Thanks for the comments & so quickly too :)

Did a crop on the first one, but not as high from the bottom as you suggested, what do you think?

I took multiple shots of this but the one that outlined the sun was just too dark to blend it in successfully.

Thanks for the comments mate :)

Hi Phillip, thanks for the comment. The sky was pretty dull, so there wasn't much there to 'blow' anyway :) But yeah, I rather the more saturated look and think the white area on the right maybe stands out because of this.

Thanks mate :)
