Hi all,

probably not the greatest shots, however I' impressed with the sharpness and contrast of this lens.
I have done no PP on the first image and only a little levels
on the second image.

p.s.: if you haven't got an OP/TECH USA Pro Loop Strap yet,
go and get one !
It is comfy to carry 2kg around your neck with one of these.

Great new toy! you're asking too much! but you can have it once the TC-17 with you next week. And now you can shoot the Roulettes next week, save me a very nice pic of them if you can.

Enjoyed the first pic best - the image you captured certainly does show off a remarkable lens.

I too liked the first one best. I'm sure you'll have lots of fun with your new lens.

Speaking of Roulettes, apparently there was a mid air colision between 2 down at Sale today. Both pilots ok but one plane crashed!

thank you

thank you all for your comments.

I'm glad that nobody got hurt when the collision and crash occurred.
I hope that the RAAF Roulettes will still fly on Australia Day in Canberra.

Birddog, I will try my best to get you a good photo or two.
I'll try to get some panning practice before the 26th.

Regards
Christian

Yes one pilot should be back into action straight away. The other may have some back soreness. A lady saw the whole thing and watch the plane crash in her field. She was so glad the pilot was ok that she went and gave him a big hug!
