Well after promising Fozzie and BBJ a much speckier view tonight, the comet did not let us down..
400mm with 2x Kenko Pro...

Nice!
Couldn't see a thing in Melbourne tonight with all the smoke haze. Had dinner at the top of Mt. Dandenong, but even there we were at the top of the smoke haze but with high clouds above.

I was there to.
LOL Good shots but yeh i had a go at layering but well not too bad and at least we could see it better tonite.

While the guys were comet shooting, I did something diffrerent:

Very nice, Big V! I had a look tonight with my binos and decided that I'll give it a shoot tomorrow (16th), weather permitting.
Which 400mm lens did you use? Most pictures I've seen have been exposed in the 1-2 sec range. Does yours fall into that bracket, too?

Steffan, sigma 80-400 OS lens. This was 3.2 sec exposure, ISO 100, f11
