The Gore Hill cemetery in Sydney is very overgrown and unused and makes for a fantastic photo afternoon.

This is just one of a series that I have taken and it is where the spider photo I put up in an earlier thread was photographed.

Chris,

When I first read the topic, my first though was the British comedy show starring Warren Mitchell...........in the 70's. I am showing my age.

Once again outstanding work. The colours just work so well togther.

Were you using the Sigma 105mm f/2.8 EX DG lens :?: .

Cheers,

No fozzie - it was the 28-105mm which I sold (fool that I am) - it was a very good lens.

Cheers

Chris, I love visiting Cemetries, you can get some great images, and if not, reading the headstones can often be an education.

The only thing with this image (for me) is that the top of the stone is missing....

Do you have many other shots from there? Would love to see them if you do.

Cheers
Deb

Nice shot Chris. Great cemetery, I have many fond memories from my youth there.

Nice shot Chris, almost from a different perspective too? A while back, people were dying to get in there, it was a very grave situation. Sorry :).
