I took a few shots at Waveaid at the weekend. Plenty of silly hats and a few taken handheld, maximum zoom on the 300mm, prefocused manually and held above the head

(Yes, I was in the green zone, about 1/2 mile from the stage...)

I was there too, at the front of the green zone on the fence border the cricket pitch.

It was great eh? I was just over by the members pavilion, at the front of the green zone. I really could have done with a rigid camera bag to stand on, an extra 6-8 inches of height would have made all the difference, (my fault for being a short arse I guess... )

I was working up in the O'Reilly stand, in the bar. Managed to catch some of the Missy Higgins and Powderfinger sets, great stuff! I forgot to take my camera though, it's a wonder you didn't hear me cursing!
