I'm giving up ducks, need to find a replacement animal, thought I try a spider

Also, I think I'll start a CG (Cheap Glass) club to counteract the expanding VR club
This shot I took today with a Tokina 28-70 AF f3.5 macro that I just got off Ebay for $22.00

Please don't give up on the ducks - I've been enjoying them.

I like this pic though - shame that shaft of light wasn't just a little more to the left (or the spider a little to the right).

We could never give up on the ducks. Ducks are art (whatever that means).

I agree with the cheap glass bit and think there should be a section for Cheap and Kit Lens Photography. Need to make a catchy anagram for it. KILP (KIt Lens Photography), can't think of any more, my brain hurts.

Anyway, back to the photo, the spider has done a very poor job at camoflaging itself. Do ducks eat spiders? :-)

Mate, that spider is so little, it wouldn't even register as food to a frog let alone a duck.
As for the cheap glass, we have two takers so far, if it gathers momentum we'll make it official.
