By the look in his/her eyes it was more like ”If you touch my bloody apple I will bite your camera!”

Just licking his/her paws after eating it - maybe the look is ”have you any more?” Chris

The flash was the SB28DX used on a Nikon D1 - but I would recommend that you invest in the SB800 - a superb and versatile system Chris

As we have discussed Glen it’s not so much the number of megapixels but more the quality of the camera you are using plus optics. Chris

D1 created excellent pictures and many of them are still around at few places, I knew some local newspapers still using them, they have few of D1, D1hs, the quality and the built of camera is still last. Birddog114

yep, I can see it now, must have been something wrong with the page loading or something.
Cool, usually these types of critters don't like to sit there getting their pic taken. Don't have any where I live now, but we moved to Houston once and they were all over the place. I worked on an oil rig with a Mexican fellow once and he suddenly disappeared running into the field. He came back with a possum in a plastic bag (take home to eat I guess). He didn't speak much English, but boy howdee, I found that funny.
Great catch, nice and sharp, good moment... Also like the way he's (ooops, or she's?) on the end of a branch that ends within the shot... Check out the fat big toe hangin' onto the branch... All he (ooops, or she) needs is a few scraggly black hairs on the knuckle and it's human
Cheers, Mudder Aka Andrew
