Nice shot OM, Good to get close to your subject like that, like you said have to watch those waves but yeh makes it worth while when shots like that turn out well.

Mt Gambier eh, been there often, it's cold in winter down there and always raining, but quite a pretty place!

That's a terrific photo I thnk. Love the rule of thirds use. Every element is on an axis which is awesome.
