I'd crop the top bit just to get the sky out of the shot.. and it looks a little yellow.. on this work (crappy) monitor....

Good suggestion, there is only really enough sky to be a distraction.
I'm not seeing the yellow, but I still think it is a solid idea. Also tempted to take of the right hand side, removing the purple and over, just leaving the one person in the background.
It was taken in a small Masai village on the way into the Masai Mara national park. The villages charge a small fee, about AU$2 I think it was, and put on some dances and showed us around their village and huts etc. Pretty cool.

If your going to take most of the background off leaving just the one person you will probably have to also crop a little in closer to the main subject on the left hand side to balance it out...
Yeah the yellow is most likely this monitor... for some reason work wont supply me with a super duper monitor for browsing the net whilst working... *grin*...
and lucky you.. what a fab place to shoot.. *insert jealous smiley here*
