First time for a long time "shoot it up"!

Love the expression on the boy's face but for me I'd like to see more tonal range in the images. How did you do the B&W conversion?

In the second shot I'm not a great fan of a lot of OOF stuff in the foreground, but that's just me

I like both images and the treatment. Excellent moment captured in No. 1 and No.2 benefits from excellent use of DoF.
