This was the image that I wanted to enter in the image challenge....but it was taken with a little P&S (canon A75). Image was taken on holidays in Qld. Only increase saturation/USM/buring...

I think it fits the diff perspective theme....the camera was placed at my feet to take te pic of my wife and kiddies, the seagol just flew by...

The good thing about the themes is the old Tropfest rule applies to them:

Interpret them any way you want.

I like this shot immensely, Qld Tourism needs to take a look at it, the composition of the whole is excellent and unusual, Max

Brilliant, one of those moments to cherish. :)

Personally i would cut the seagull out and put it slightly more to the left to balance the shot a bit more.

Great timing though, well done.

I hope you don't mind Shutterbug, but I couldn't help trying what Steve said.
I think he's absolutely right, what do you think?

The shadow is not right in the modification, you may be able to fix it, otherwise I like version 1.

Hi Phillip,

Looks good

Agree with Max...shadow needs to be fixed.

The original was captured as it is...a luck shoot :D

Phillip - you could try it without any shadow as well.

The reasoning - in the orginal shot the shadow was exactly where it should be but by moving the bird the shadow would now be out of frame according to the Law of Physics

Yes, that's true Chris, but I think I'm done now, it was a bit of fun but I don't want to monopolise Shutterbug's photo anymore than I already have.

according to the Law of Physics

laws were meant to be broken :)

I still love the original photo anyway. It's something that happens from time to time.
