Been offline for a few days, just returned back from Mt Cook region, having a few days off work is fun. Here's a few (extremely familiar) landmarks. I think Matt posted a very similar one from Lake Pukaki a few weeks ago if I'm not mistaken, anyway here's a few images before my internet card runs out:

Haha, thanks for posting these. I love them all, the best scenic travel shots I've seen in weeks. There's something about all of them, but I especially like the aurora like reflections in #1 and the sweeping perspective and great framing in #2.

I reckon Canons aren't all bad, though I suspect you had to put in a lot more effort than normal... :lol: :lol: :lol:

Super shots! I love #2, and the exposures and colour in all are just wonderful.

Those were my thoughts too, Bernie. Some nice shots here, and clearly somebody is havin fun with his new glass. :)
